Questions worth answering up front
- Do I have to pay to fix wrong information?
- No. Claiming and correcting a listing is free on every plan. Charging for accuracy would make the directory worse.
- Where did my listing come from?
- Public business records and manufacturer store locators. If anything is wrong, claim the listing and correct it, or ask us to remove it.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your dashboard. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then the listing reverts to free. It is never removed.
- Does paying change where I rank on Google?
- No. Paying moves you up within this directory only. Anyone promising to change your Google ranking for a monthly fee is selling something else.
